Before you go

  • Under-8s cannot enter production areas or join the distillery tour
  • Warehouse 4 is for ages 18 and over
  • The visit page says cancellations are generally not refunded, while the tour booking page allows a full refund up to two days before; check the terms when you book
  • Enclosed shoes are required; there are many stairs and metal floors, and the warehouse is cool, so bring something warm
  • The Coffee Bothy is closed on Mondays

Planning the visit

Booking
Book through Deanston's website, which uses AnyRoad. Tours and tastings accommodate 12 visitors, with some walk-in spaces. A two-dram tour ticket costs £19.50. If you want both the production tour and Warehouse No. 4, book the production tour first: the distillery does not allow the production tour after the warehouse experience.
Opening
Visitor centre: 10:00–17:00, Monday–Sunday. The Coffee Bothy opens 10:00–15:00, Tuesday–Sunday. Check the booking calendar for tour and tasting times.
Getting there
From Stirling station, walk to the adjacent bus station. The official directions list the 59/C59 towards Callander, stopping outside the visitor centre.
