For adults
The site is about alcohol and is for readers aged 18 or over. If you visit a distillery and are driving, take the driver's option that most distilleries offer rather than tasting on site.
Information, not advice
Everything here is general information, not legal, tax, financial or insurance advice. Licensing, duty and insurance rules change: confirm the current position with HMRC, GOV.UK, your local licensing authority or a qualified adviser before you act.
Accuracy
Tour prices, times and rules come from each distillery's own website on the date shown on its guide, and distilleries change them without notice. Confirm with the distillery before you book or travel. We correct mistakes when we find them or you tell us, but we cannot promise every detail is current.
How we are funded
We do not currently earn money from any link on this site. If we add affiliate or referral links, we will say so next to the link and on this page. Payment will not change what we write about a distillery, tour or provider.

The etched illustrations are digitally generated images of generic scenes; they do not show particular distilleries. Map coastlines are from Natural Earth (public domain). Distillery locations are from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence. Other text, illustrations and maps are ours and may not be reproduced without permission.
Other websites
We link to distilleries, tour operators, government bodies and other sites. We are not responsible for their content, prices or bookings; your contract for a tour is with the company you book with.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
