- September–May: Monday–Friday 09:30–17:00. June–August: Monday–Friday 09:30–18:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00, Sunday 12:00–18:00. Closed over Christmas and New Year.

- On the A82 at Lochy Bridge, on the outskirts of Fort William. The visitor address is PH33 6TJ.
